(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage C. T. American-Art linen postcard from the 1930s. It shows an interior view of Washington's Mother Lodge in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

"FREDERICKSBURG LODGE No. 4 A. F. & A. M. is one of the first Masonic Lodges in America, and is among the most historic. George Washington was made a Mason by this Lodge. Initiated, November 4, 1752, passed March 3, 1753, Raised August 4, 1753 and died a member December 14, 1799. The portrait is one of the three original by Gilbert Stuart. Open to visitors daily.", reads the description printed on the back. 

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, light wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
