We Are Having What You Might Call A Heavy Swell Time - Pink of Perfection - Gem Photo - Altered Postcard, c. 1910s
(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique "The Pink of Perfection", The Fairman Co. postcard from the 1910s. It shows a glum looking couple riding the waves in their boat, "We are having what you might call a heavy swell time." A gem portrait of three Edwardian women is affixed at the upper left corner.
"I am having a jolly good time - wish you were here - is Xmas about over with you all yet - hope you had a good time - Ha write me soon + hurridly all news - Billie Sue", reads the message written on the back.
The postcard is used and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, general stains, a few minor creases.
