(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Colourpicture linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows a view of the William Penn statue atop City Hall in Philadelphia, PA. 

"This statue of William Penn, the great Quaker and founder of Pennsylvania tops the tower of City Hall, the largest municipal building in the country.", reads the description printed on the back. 

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, blunted corner tips.
