(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Curteich, C. T. Art-Colortone linen postcard from the 1930s. It shows a view of Ne-Chee Kung & Chun King, God of the Door in the Ling Long Chinese Historical Gallery.
"TSIN KANG and WEI CHIH-KUNG, two staff officers of the Prince of Chin, who afterward became the famed emperor Tai Tsung (627-649 A.D.) and whose reign of twenty-two years formed the golden age of the Tang Dynasty. These two characters were deified as the guardian Gods of the Chinese household, and that their images drive away the evil spirits.", reads the description printed on the back.
The postcard is unused and is in EXCELLENT condition.
