(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Asheville Post Card Co., Miller Art Co. linen postcard from the 1930s. It shows a view of Chimney Top mountain in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park in North Carolina.

"Weaverville, N.C. Box 31 - July 26, 1933- Dear Helen:- I left Tangerine July 17 and came up here by auto with friends. We were 20 1/2 days making trip- 700 miles. We went first to Waynesville and stayed 10 days but it was too cold there. We were right on the side of a mt. Last Friday we came here. It is 1000 ft. lower and much warmer and we like so much better. The scenery is not so grand but very lovely. We passed Chimney Rock on out Trip up. Am not going North this summer. Was glad to get your letter too and will answer it soon. With love to you both. Sincerely, Hattie Parkhurst.", reads the note written on the back.

The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, minor wear at the edges.
