(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage G. R. Brown Co. chrome postcard from the 1960s. It shows a view of the Formal Blue Dining Room of the Historic Octagon House in Hudson, Wisconsin. 

"Erected in 1855 at 1004 3rd St. A fine example of the octagonal style which swept the U.S. in the 1850s. The house and its authentic furnishings represent the mid-19th century. "Adjacent to the Octagon House is the Carriage House Museum and the Garden House which contains a 19th Century General Store and early farm Machinery." Open to visitors certain hours.", reads the description printed on the back. 

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, light wear at the edges.
