Greetings From Viroqua, Wisconsin - Large Letter Souvenir - Postcard, c. 1950s
(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage C. T. Art-Colortone linen postcard from the 1950s. It shows a classic large letter, "Greetings from Viroqua, Wisconsin" with a different landmark in each letter of WISCONSIN.
"Dear Sister - Well here I am O.K. feel fine, but my sister in law isn't so good. It has been snowing most of the day. It has been 25 below since I came up. It has been 8 above today. Be home soon I hope. Love to all. Strait.", reads the note written on the back.
The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, small postmark ink transfer on front.
