(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is a SET of TWO Western Publ. & Nov. Co. postcards and a pair of tickets from the 1950s. The postcards show "Zippy the Porpoise" and "Bubbles the Whale" at Marineland of the Pacific in Los Angeles, California. The tickets read, "Marineland of the Pacific - Marineland, California - Owned & operated by Oceanarium Inc. - This is a receipt - Not an Admission Ticket - Adukts Admit One $2.75"

"MARINELAND OF THE PACIFIC - PORTUGUESE BEND, MARINELAND, CALIFORNIA - Zippy, one of the star performing porpoises, shows he isn't afraid of fire, as he leaps through a blazing hoop during the popular porpoise games at Marineland's Sea Arena."

"MARINELAND OF THE PACIFIC, PORTUGUESE BEND, MARINELAND, CALIFORNIA - "Bubbles" the whale comes high out of the water for dinner, held by trainer Mike Eaton as a climax to her five-times daily whale performances of singing, waltzing, shaking hands and waving good-bye."

The postcards are unused and are in VERY GOOD condition, light wear at the edges.
