(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique B. S. Reynolds Co. postcard from the 1900s. It shows a view of the Memorial Amphitheatre in Arlington, Virginia.

"THE MEMORIAL Amphitheatre, Arlington, Virginia, is a fitting and suitable place in which to hold under the great blue canopy of Heaven, the Decoration Day exercises on the 30th of May to eulogize the dead heroes of our Nation. It is built of pure white marble and has marble seats for 5,000 people in the Amphitheatre proper and several thousand more can gather in the Colonnade."

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
