(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Curteich, C. T. Art-Colortone linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows a Blue Spruce (Picea Pungens), "Utah's State Tree".

"The Blue Spruce was named the official State Tree of Utah by legislative enactment, February 17, 1932. The Act was sponsored by the Utah Federation of Women's Clubs and brought to the attention of the legislature by a special committee appointed for that purpose. This beautiful tree is a native of the Rocky Mountains and abounds throughout Utah. Flourishing especially in the Uintah Mountains and the southeast portion of the state."

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
