(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Colourpicture Publication, Bill's Gay Nineties, Inc. linen postcard from the 1930s. It shows a comic view of Bill's Gay Nineties cafe at 57 East 54th Street, New York City.

"You Will Enjoy BILL'S GAY NINETIES - Under flickering "gas lights," past "high wheel bikes", "Old Melodramatic bill posters", a pair of "Swinging doors" and behold a gay cafe and bar of those goof old days before the turn of the century. Here, mid walls hung with hundreds of prints, reminiscent of "Old New York", you find congeniality, excellent cuisine, intimate entertainment. This colorful spot has become nationally renowned.", reads the description printed on the back. 

The postcard is unused and is in GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, several stains on the back side.
