(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique H. C. Leighton Co. undivided-back postcard from the 1900s. It shows a view of the Boston & Maine Railroad Station in Lynn, Massachusetts.

"Monday Morning- Dear Mother- Fred seems to be better, his temperature was down to normal yesterday- the first time it has been that way for weeks. The nurse said the Dr.s were pleased with his temperature for that tells whether he is better or worse. So dear that is some recovering- so keep up hope- God may spare him to us yet- Love to Father- Fannie", reads the message written on the front.

The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, writing on the front.
