(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique Detroit Publishing Co. postcard from the 1900s. It shows a view of the Cathedral Spires rock formations at the Garden of the Gods, Colorado.

"9/8/07. Sunday 5:30 PM. - Dear Mother + Sister, I reached here this morning after spending 2 days with Ed and 2 days with Ed + Rella. Found all well and had a nice visit all around. Been seeing the sights here today and it is grand. Will leave here for Los Angeles at 6:30 pm. the weather is fine now. I am well and hope this will find you the same. Your Loving Son + Bro., Sam.", reads the note written on the back. 

The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, album marks at corners, postmark ink transfer on the front.
