U. S. Supreme Court and Library of Congress - Washington, D. C. - Postcard, c. 1930s

(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Capitol Souvenir Company, Capsco linen postcard from the 1930s. It shows a view of the U. S. Supreme Court and Library of Congress in Washington, D. C. 

"The Supreme Court Building, on Capitol Hill, which was constructed at a cost of $11,000,000., is a magnificent building of white marble designed and proportioned in accordance with its dignity as the home of the Supreme Court of the United States. The inscription above the Corinthian columns on the portico at the top of the stairway reads, "Equal Justice Under The Law".

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
