(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original antique The Sabold-Herb Co. postcard from the 1920s. It shows a view of the William Penn Statue on City Hall Tower in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

"The Statue of William Penn, founder of the city, crowns City Hall Tower, 550 feet above the street level. A circle of electric lights around the base of the statue is visible over 30 miles at night.", reads the description printed on the back. 

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
