(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Lynn H. Boyer Jr., C. T. Art-Colortone linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows a view of the Dogwood Blossoms at the New Jersey Monument in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. 

"VALLEY FORGE is fifteen miles outside of Philadelphia and is one of America's Patriotic Shrines. Here Washington encamped during the winter of 1777-1778 with the Continental troops."

The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
