(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is a SET of TWO original vintage Curteich and Tichnor Bros. linen postcards from the 1950s. "Flame Vine (Bignonia Venusta)" and "Florida Flame Vine, a Mass of Gorgeous Color", "As seen at beautiful Florida Cypress Gardens, where it;s flower time at any time." 

"FLAME VINE (BIGNONIA VENUSTA) - The Flame Vine, a brilliant colored flame flower that blooms the year round can be found here at its best where it is used on tree trunks, fences, trailing on walls, clinging closely to its surface covering everything completely and when blooming presents a flaming brilliance of deep orange hue."

"IT'S FLAME TIME AT CYPRESS GARDENS .  .  . and, believe us, the beautiful Gardens are churning up with activity as we are now getting a good start on the Esther Williams Cypress Gardens Story. A gigantic swimming pool has been built in the shape of a map of Florida, 100 feet from Miami to Key West . . . believe it or not . . . out in deep water among the cypress trees of the Gardens in Lake Eloise. Esther, as one of the Aqua-Maids, will co-star with Van Johnson, who will play the part of Dick Pope, Sr."

The postcards are used and in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, writing on the backs.
