(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique Sanborn Souvenir Co. C. T. American Art Colored postcard from the 1920s. It shows a view of the Kissing Camels and rock formations at the Gateway to the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
"GATEWAY TO THE GARDEN OF THE GODS. This natural gateway consists of two enormous masses of red sandstone forming the entrance to the garden. On the right hand rock is the formation called the Kissing Camels, in the distance is Pikes Peak and Mount Manitou. Just beyond the right hand rock is the Hidden Inn, a building of the Pueblo Indian architecture.", reads the description printed on the back.
