"STATE NORMAL SCHOOL - Fredericksburg, Va. - Monroe Hall, named after President Monroe, who once lived within a stone's throw. Situated on Marye's Heights, commanding a beautiful view of the city and the Rappahannock Valley."
"Sorry not to have seen you before leaving- Everyone joins me in love to you- De Witt", reads the note written on the back.
The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
