(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage C. T. Art-Colortone linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows a view of the "Neonized Esplanade" at Elitch Gardens, Denver, Colorado.
"ELITCH GARDENS - In Mile High Denver, Colorado is the flower glorified home of America's oldest summer theatre, where famed stars appear in person in dramatic stock. Playground of generations of Denverites, Elitch's teems with rides and games. The Nation's top bands play for dancing in the Tracadero. "Not to See Elitch's is Not to See Denver.", reads the description printed on the back.
"I Visited Here in August, 1947", reads a note written on the back.
The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few minor stains.
