Sayings in Ghost Town- 1950s Vintage Postcard- Knott's Berry Farm, Buena Park, California- Souvenir- Paper Ephemea- Used

$4.50

(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Paul V. Kleiben chrome postcard from the 1950s. It shows a comical saloon and "FAMOUS SAYINGS IN GHOST TOWN" from Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California.

"These provocative sayings appear in some of the old saloons and places around Ghost Town, where we spent a very lovely afternoon and evening, including Miners stew for lunch and a chicken dinner supper. If the old pioneers lived that well and were entertained as well as we were here, the old days of '49 were something to write home about.-", reads the printed note on the back.

"Hi Mom:- Well today I only work 1/2 day. -(SAT.) I still have a lot of sewing to do. - But I'll get it done. - I do hope you are well. I'm always thinking of you. Even tho I don't have time to write.- Love, Hazel - Lottie Price Said Hello", reads the hand written note.

The postcard is used and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips, a few small tears at edges, crease at one corner.
