(5 1/2 x 3 1/2 In) This is an original antique Max Rigot postcard from 1921. It shows a view of The Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, Illinois.
"THE NEW FIELD MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY is located in Grant Park at the foot of Roosevelt Roas, which will be continued as a throughfare 100 feet wide, east of Michigan Ave. The building is strictly fireproof. Estimated cost Four Million Dollars.", reads the description printed on the back.
The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
