(3 1/2 x 5 1/2 In) This is an original vintage Sanborn Souvenir Co. linen postcard from the 1940s. It shows a view of The Pioneer Monument in Denver, Colorado.
"THE PIONEER MONUMENT, DENVER, COLORADO. - The Pioneer Monument occupies a prominent triangle at the intersection of Colfax and Broadway, adjacent to the Civic Center. It was designed by Frederick Mac Monnies to commemorate the hardships and fortitude of the early pioneers."
The postcard is unused and is in VERY GOOD condition, wear at the edges, blunted corner tips.
